Giving Chapters and Leaders the Tools to Succeed

As Grand President my goal is to provide our DDs, RVPs, and Chapter Officers with tools, toolkits, and communication structures that can help bring our Fraternity closer together from regional, provincial, and national perspectives but also give our DDs, RVPs, and Chapter Officers the freedom to utilize these items in ways that work for them. 

Having worked for and marketed to global companies I have experienced a lot of examples in the business world of a company’s headquarters creating programs and toolkits to encourage consistent ways of work while still giving local areas freedom to mold the best practices in ways that are most useful to them.

That professional experience, fraternal experience, as well as conversations I’ve had along the campaign trail have formed the basis of my vision around…

· Creating toolkits to help RVPs encourage collaboration between chapters and their officers.

· Having Board of Director members and National Committee Chairs serve as subject matter experts in specific officer positions to offer advice, serve as a way to bring officers closer together, and give Collegians and Alumni a greater voice at the Board of Directors table.

· Bringing officer conversations around Delta Sigma Pi operational questions to central locations to help improve our training and officer manuals.

As with everything these are tools being offered and up to the brothers themselves to utilize them as they see fit.
